Currently SIA “Fiber Optical Solution” has a set-up production process for navigation grade Fiber Optic Gyroscopes (FOG) as well as FOG based Inertial Measurement Units (IMU) and Strapdown Inertial Navigation Systems. The company is vertically integrated. The production line includes:

A unique combination of all the technologies essential for FOG and FOG based systems production which considerably cuts net cost of the final devices.

Private Factory

5000 square meters of high-end production space in Northern Europe near Baltic Sea in the capital of Latvia, Riga.

Equipment

Modern unique equipment which enables manufacturing a single-layer and two-layer polymeric coating.

Production Diversity

Equipment for manufacturing of various fiber devices: power strips, depolarizers, fibers welding and their winding.

PANDA

Equipment for the production of raw parts for manufacturing fiber PANDA by method of chemical vapor deposition (MCVD).

Fiber Drawing

Our equipment of two towers enables fiber drawing.

Measuring

Our equipment enables precise measuring parameters of blanks, fiber and optical fiber components.
